Our Health & Wellbeing navigators work with Enfield Memory Service, to support you one to one after a diagnosis of dementia.
Amongst many things, we can
- Helping you understand and manage your diagnosis
Help you to build coping strategies
Help to obtain welfare benefits and travel concessions

Age UK Enfield Memory Meet Up
A fun activity session for people affected by dementia and their carers is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. It is an opportunity to meet other people, take part in dementia friendly activities and share experiences.
Where: St Stephen's Church Hall, Village Road, Enfield EN1 2BA
When: 10.30am until 12pm 1st and 3rd Wednesday morning.
Cost: £2.50 per person. Refreshments included

Alzheimer's Society Singing for the Brain
Singing for the Brain a fun actively for people diagnosed with dementia and their families.
Where: The Bourne Methodist Church, London N14 6RS
When: Weekly on Tuesday 2-4pm

The Parker Centre
The Parker Centre is an award winning specialist dementia day care centre in Edmonton, providing high quality care, activities and events for people with early memory problems to advanced dementia.
Offering flexible, fun and tailored activities, our specialist staff team support individuals to live life to the full in a safe and secure environment, whilst providing their carers or families with some respite time.
The Parker Centre offers a wide range of activities to stimulate the memory and mind, as well as one off events and celebrations. A nutritious hot meal is served every day, freshly prepared at our kitchen on site, with refreshments served regularly.
